HydraNet Releases Version 4.0 of its Popular CRM-gxTM Solution


Tokyo, Japan, Dec 14, 2002 -- HydraNet today announced the release of CRM-gxTM Version 4.0, with many enhancements to its well-received CRM solution.

"Version 4 is a milestone in the development of our CRM-gxTM product. It will significantly improve the ability of our clients to manage their customer and product information."

The new release combines Customer Relations Management (CRM), Sales Force Automation (SFA), and Contact Management, Order Processing and Inventory Management in a single, easy-to-use online system.

CRM-gxTM is the only comprehensive CRM solution that that will allows management to run their entire operation.
